The investment club (a private, non-publicly traded, mutual fund) is run by David Baltaxe, Bob's son, an experienced financial consultant/advisor for 15 years. Dave's clients have included CitiBank, Time Warner, IKC Interactive, as well as various law and accounting firms, and private individuals. Dave has served as CFO, a stock broker, an insurance broker and business analyst. He is currently devoting 100% of time to managing the Investment Club.

The object of the Investment Club is to generate profits through stock investments, of which 50% are donated to charitable organizations in the name of the Bob Baltaxe Foundation and the other 50% are distributed to its investors as annual dividends. The investors receive tax credits for the donated portion of their profits made by the Foundation.
